The joy we all feel as we build up our hay supply for the winter months ahead….
Making hay is still a new practice for us and thus far, it has come with many more downs then ups. And stress. However, this summer, we finally had more then one good cutting/baling and could not be happier and relieved. We will also be adding a load of small bales in the coming weeks from a friend/farmer/homesteader who applies similar retgeneragitve agricultural practices on his land too.
Today we say, yay hay!
